Usage and Reproduction Policy

Handmade Shops: You are welcome to use my designs for products sold in your handmade shop (for example, clothing, accessories, tee shirt shops)

 Fabric and Transfer Shops: You may use my designs to create and sell fabric or heat transfer materials, as long as they are produced in small batches and not outsourced to overseas or mass production facilities. A license for these permitted uses is already included in the purchase price of my designs—no additional fees are required.

Limited Availability

 Stock Limits: Each design will only be sold as a maximum of 15 digital files at a time. Once sold out, some designs may receive occasional restocks, depending on demand.

Exclusive Colorways: Certain designs may feature a single exclusive colorway that will be sold in a limited quantity and will not be restocked. These exclusive designs will be clearly labeled in the shop.

Prohibited Uses

 No Print-on-Demand (POD) Services: Designs may not be uploaded to POD platforms (e.g., Redbubble, Teespring, Printify, etc.) for reproduction or sale.

 No Resale or Redistribution: My digital files or designs cannot be resold, shared, or redistributed in their original form or as part of a digital product.

Licensing and Credit

A license for small-scale production is included in the purchase price. No additional licensing is required for handmade, fabric, or transfer shops.

 While not required, crediting my shop (for example “Design by Boo Babe Creations”) is appreciated when possible.
