Refund Policy

Items will not be refunded unless it is of my own fault and problems must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, and sent back before a refund is issued.  Please contact the business email for any problems kenandcoboutique@gmail.com.

Cancellations of orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Once custom fabric is ordered you are no longer eligible to cancel your order. 

Digital Designs are ineligible for refunds due to access to files immediately after payment. If you double buy a file please email BooBabeCreations@gmail.com for choice of a new file to replace one of the doubles
