Yes! Custom orders are open until all spots are filled! You can visit the customs section of the site to explore options for seamless designs, PNGs, and logos. Please note that exclusive files aren’t available right now, but every piece is made with care and creativity just for you.

USAGE & REPRODUCTION POLICY

Permitted Use
Handmade Shops: You may use my designs for physical products sold within your handmade shop (for example: clothing, accessories, apparel, etc.).

Fabric and Transfer Shops: You may use my designs to create and sell fabric or heat transfer materials, provided they are produced in small batches only. Production may not be outsourced to overseas facilities or large-scale manufacturers.

A small-scale production license is included in the purchase price. No additional licensing fees are required for approved uses listed above.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY

Stock Limits: Each design will be sold in a maximum quantity of 15 digital files at a time. Select designs may be restocked occasionally at my discretion.

Exclusive Colorways: Certain designs may be offered in a single exclusive colorway with limited quantity and no restock. These will be clearly labeled in the shop listing.

PROHIBITED USES

No Overseas Production: Designs may not be sent to overseas printing facilities or large-scale manufacturers.

No Mass Production: Designs may not be used for large-scale production runs or factory manufacturing.

No Print-on-Demand (POD): Designs may not be uploaded to print-on-demand platforms (including but not limited to Redbubble, Teespring, Printify, etc.) for reproduction or resale.

No Resale or Redistribution: Digital files may not be resold, shared, traded, copied, or redistributed in their original form or as part of any digital product.

No Alterations or Derivative Works: Designs may not be altered, edited, recolored, manipulated, traced, or incorporated into new digital artwork. You may not use the artwork to create new digital designs, graphics, clipart, seamless files, or any derivative works for digital or physical distribution. The artwork must remain in its original form.

LICENSING & CREDIT

A small-scale production license is included with purchase. No additional licensing is required for approved uses outlined above.

While not required, credit to “Design by Boo Babe Creations” is always appreciated when possible.

Thank you for supporting original artwork..

Licenses are automatically included with every purchase, so there’s no need to worry about extra steps. Fabric and print shops, DTF and sublimation printers, and sticker makers are all welcome to use my designs without an additional license.

Because all of our files are digital downloads, refunds aren’t available for accidental purchases or colorway mix-ups. If you happen to buy the same file twice (not including different colorways), no worries! Just send an email to kenandcoboutique@gmail.com and you can choose another file of equal value as a replacement.
